Pacific Pottery Hostessware #645 medium pie plate, 8″
Pacific made the pie dishes in two sizes: #645 and #638. The #645 is the smaller of the two and has two slots for the optional wooden handles. The two shown here are the only ones that I have ever seen and are not listed in company catalogs.
Update: Green pie plate found on eBay in 2020.
